I got my start in employee performance and adult learning nearly thirty years ago. Since then I have helped hundreds of individuals and organizations improve their business performance.

As a learning and performance consultant, I have worked with businesses in many industries: everything from auto parts, banks, and consumer finance to real estate, sales, computer-controlled electronics, telecom companies, and tire stores.
