Who I am and how I got on the bike

I got my start in employee performance and adult learning nearly thirty years ago. Since then I have helped hundreds of individuals and organizations improve their business performance.

I learned over four dozen different jobs in my career as a training consultant. From this experience I have acquired many insights into the practical challenges of learning on the job.

The single most valuable thing anyone can do when learning on the job is this: pay attention. The second most valuable thing is to keep yourself moving along your natural learning cycle. Think of learning experiences as riding a bike: keep pedaling to stay upright and moving forward!

In my seminars and workshops, I now help businesses and employees increase their productivity and satisfaction by showing people how to ride their own natural learning cycle.

"Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance, you must keep moving." Albert Einstein
